Click here to connect to TeachersFirst.com

TeachersFirst.com has been added to the Links to Resources section. Teachers can customize a home page for students and parents or use the site to organize web 2.0 tools. Membership is free and its an advertisement-free site. It has a good step by step section for teachers wanting to create a classroom blog. Looks like a great tool to show teachers interested in using technology!

TeacherVision (click here for Veterans Day classroom activities)

The link to TeacherVision has been added to our resources. If you're working with a teacher that's creating a blog, there are widgets for different fifth-grade language arts printables or fourth-grade math printables for each day of the year. This site has an annual membership fee of $39.95 but there is a 7 day free trial membership. Do you know of other sites like this that can be added to our resources?

Meeting Friday

The agenda for Friday's meeting is published under Region 1A information. We have a guest at 11:00 and much to discuss! MARESA's attorney spoke with us this morning re: the RESCUE project. Bottom line: please promote the bookshare.org training on Nov. 21st via gotomeeting.com. Remote sites are still available.
